"I gave it 3 stars only because of customer service this is my first time that I had to file a claim and I really have no knowledge of what to do. I called the office and I felt like nobody has reached out to me to let me know how they could help over the last three days I have been talking to the receptionist she has not asked me if I wanted to talk to my agent or anything. I hate to give a review like this but you should always no matter how small the situation give your customers help. I just feel that if you are not at fault you should not have to put money down on a rental car. Is that why we pay insurance. And the person that hit my car while it was parked had no insurance and they are getting away Scott free😁"
